Refunds
We are committed to the quality of every product we offer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, The HomeRing must be in its original, unused condition. We cover the return shipping costs for all US orders. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that we do not offer free return shipping for international orders or refunds on customs or duties.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at keinimukae@gmail.com. For domestic orders, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item for a refund or exchange. Returns or exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the product at our warehouse.
