This is the best tool for balance and core workout

Ive been wanting to buy this and finally started using it with a balance ball. Uh, it is perfect for my balance workout and I just feel like I am burning my fat for the first time in a while!!

what the heck is this

I was honestly disappointed. The product looks cool in videos, but when I got it, it felt super light and smaller than I expected. I wasn’t sure what to even do with it — it just kind of flops around. I thought it would give me a better workout but I barely broke a sweat. No guide or suggested workouts either. Maybe this works for athletes or people who already train a certain way, but for me, it just sat in the corner after a couple tries.
